We are looking for experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic Care Assistants (HCA) with a passion for care to join us in Chard, working in the local area as a member of our Barnstaple branch team.

The Position

Working as a Newcross Care Assistant means you will be involved in ensuring each resident receives an excellent standard of care that meets their personal care plan. Personal care could include: dressing, washing, toileting and enabling service users to live their daily lives as they choose. You will play an essential role in enabling residents to live fulfilling lives, partaking in their favourite activities and interacting with their families, visitors and other residents.

You must have a compassionate approach and be confident in your ability to provide life-enhancing care that protects the dignity of the client and is in line with their personalised care plan

Shift patterns can include regular part time or full time work as well as flexible rotas that suit any commitments you may have.

This is a flexible role and means you could be working for more than one home in Chard and the local areas. Access to your own vehicle is desirable to enable you to access rural client locations.
