Unlike an agency our staff members are permanently and fully employed by us. With well-established recruitment procedures, vetting and thorough referencing, we aim to ensure that only the most compassionate caring and qualified individuals are recruited to work with you.

Training

We deliver a range of comprehensive training for both our Nurses and Healthcare Assistants. Our training courses cover a variety of skill sets including: venepuncture, wound care, PEG & pump, basic life support, dementia awareness, learning disability, epilepsy awareness and end of life care. We ensure that our employees have the right skills and are correctly trained to the highest standard to meet the needs of your care plan.

We have invested in training centres in all of our local branches, and our in house training department works closely with specialist providers to ensure that diverse and engaging training opportunities are available throughout the year.

Management and supervision

Our employees are trained to the highest standards, regularly appraised and reviewed and their skills checked as part of on-going Continuing Professional Development. We have been an Investors in People employer since 2001. Well-planned and effectively delivered care enriches and enhances our clients’ lives so it’s important to us that all our employees are trained to the highest standard, keep their skills up to date and develop new competencies on a regular basis.

Technology is essential to supporting our employees in the care they provide and is fundamental in enhancing the service and outcomes we provide to our service users. You can access your account online, see staff profiles of our employees that will be assigned to each package, view timesheets and receive your invoices online. Where applicable, you can also view care plans and service users’ notes within 24 hours of a visit. For our CCG clients or if you have multiple packages with us you will have online access to view the details relating to all of them.

All of our Complex Care Teams are equipped with revolutionary technology that supports them in providing a safe, timely and personalised service. Our systems are developed by our expert IT department, ensuring bespoke technology that fits seamlessly into the lives of our service users.
