Excellence in Healthcare Winner presentation!

Last Friday our Managing Director went to the Torquay branch to present Excellence in Healthcare Winner Dimka Atanasova with a beautiful bouquet of flowers, certificate of achievement and engraved crystal glass trophy.

Dimka said she was very shocked when she heard she had won, she didn't expect it at all!

The Senior Management Panel were particularly impressed by the outstanding client comments on Dimka's Staff Assessment Forms and the excellent scores she received, mainly from hospital shifts.  Alix Browse, Torquay Business Centre Manager commented:

'Dimka always endeavours to be professional and willing on shift...she excels where clients are concerned and the feedback we receive is that she always goes above and beyond what is asked of her'

Employee Communications Officer, Alex Carpenter, who coordinates the Excellence in Healthcare Awards remarked that the calibre of nominees was very high this quarter '..it was really fantastic to see staff getting really involved with the Award and there was a real buzz throughout Newcross when we announced the winner'

Dimka will now be in the running for the Annual Excellence Healthcare Award along with the other Quarterly winners which will be announced next year at the end of the financial quarter.
