Torquay Healthcare Worker rewarded for her excellent work

Last month Torquay Healthcare Assistant Dimka Atanasova was voted among the best healthcare professionals in the UK when she beat off competition from over 2000 healthcare assistants and nurses to be selected as one of the Newcross Healthcare's Annual Excellence Award finalists!

In May last year Dimka won Newcross Excellence in Healthcare Quarter 1 Award which rewarded her entry into the Annual Excellence Award in May 2011.  Along with 4 other finalists Dimka was selected to be a contender for the Annual Award. Managing Director, Michelle Pattrick RN selected Dimka as a finalist as she had great feedback from her manager and from clients.  Mrs Pattrick was particularly pleased to hear the details about her commitment to delivering Newcross values.

Dimka was presented with her certificate of commendation and bottle of champagne by Team Leader Shabnam Roughani last week.
