Job Description:
Job Title: Assistant to Credit Control Manager
Reporting to: Credit Control Manager & Head of Finance
Location: Head Office
Salary: £14,000 per annum plus bonus potential
Purpose of role:
To effectively support the role of the Credit Control Manager in delivering the daily requirements of the credit control function, working in a timely manner to ensure cash is collected and recorded from clients, resolving client queries and challenging current systems and procedures, proposing and implementing changes as required.
Key Tasks:
- Allocating cash and cheque payments daily
- Recording and updating client contracts
- Performing credit checks
- Completing invoice adjustments
- Resolving client queries
