Central Support 24-hour team

We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the entire year to support our clients and our employees, and this service is provided by our central support team based in Bristol. They support the branch network during the office opening hours (9am-5.30pm), and also answer every call made to Newcross outside those times. So if you do have an urgent need outside our branch opening hours, you can always get through to someone who can help you.

The service provided at weekends by the Central Support team is also regionalised, so you can speak to someone who knows your area and will be familiar with the needs of our clients and employees. There is also a dedicated care at home team to support employees who are delivering care in the home, but also to support our clients using this service.

You don't need a special number to reach our Central Support team, just dial the number of your local office, which you can find on our branch page, and you'll be put through if it's outside branch opening times.
