Rewarding Excellence

We have always recognised that our employees make us what we are, and allow us to  deliver the excellent standard of care that we have always aimed for.

Excellence in Healthcare & Complex Care awards

At the end of every quarter, we recognise the achievements of two outstanding members of staff with the Excellence in Healthcare and Excellence in Complex Care awards. Each of our branches have the opportunity to nominate staff, the winners are then chosen by our Founder and Managing Director, Michelle Gorringe ( RN) and our Human Resources Director, Tracy Willday. These awards are designed to give recognition to those members of Newcross who go above and beyond the call of duty, showing dedication and commitment to providing excellence as standard.

We are delighted to announce the latest winners of both the Excellence in Healthcare and Complex Care awards.

Loretta followed with what she loves about her role; “Turning up at someone's house and being greeted with a smile and a hug, knowing that you are a welcome part of that person’s life no matter what is needed care wise. I have lots of extended families”
