Better People Better Trained says it all

Our training sets the standard for this industry and we’re improving it constantly. Our policy of developing dedicated training centres in all our branches makes it easy for staff to choose from over 100 courses, from Aggression Control to Venepuncture. Healthcare assistants can complete NVQ Level 3 (assessed in the workplace), while nurses can mix refresher courses.

All our training is supported by a full two-way appraisal process.
