Working as a Newcross Nurse can be as flexible or as structured as you want it to be. You can work with the same client week in and week out at regular times, or you can take on just the shifts that fit your timetable. Newcross may be your only employer, or you may be fitting in a few shifts in your off-duty rota from your main nursing job, it’s entirely up to you.
Our online diary system and smartphone app allow you to enter your availability for the dates and times you want to work, and we’ll always do our best to meet your requirements.
But don’t just take our word for it:
“I joined Newcross approximately 5 years ago because I wanted to spend more time with my family. During this time I have been grateful of the support, guidance and opportunities that have been offered to me by the branch staff, taking into account my requirements whilst striving to meet the needs of the clients.
It is a pleasure to work with the staff at Newcross, everyone I’ve met is very friendly and we have always been able to share our feelings of empathy with the patients.
Here's to many more years of working together!”
