Proposed relocation for Central Recruitment
As Newcross continues to expand and evolve as an organisation it’s vital that we remain agile, responsive and able to adapt to meet the changing needs of our service-users and our staff. With this in mind, the leadership team periodically review our structure, systems and working practices.
Over the last few months the Board of Directors, have assessed the way in which we hire healthcare professionals, an essential task that is more complex and challenging than ever before.
After some very careful consideration, our recommendation is to relocate the Central Recruitment function from Berry Pomeroy, Devon to our offices in central Bristol. This change would allow for greater collaboration and integration with our 24/7 central support service, key clinical and operational teams and also give us more room to innovate and expand.
We are committed to helping all our colleagues who may be affected; offering support to find alternative work, relocation packages to support those who are interested in moving to Bristol and redundancy packages for those who would prefer to stay in Devon and move on to ‘pastures new’.
The Central Recruitment Team have developed an excellent reputation for service delivery and we fully expect that to continue during and after this transitional period.
