Our carers are trained to NVQ levels 2 and 3, all undergo our unrivalled in-house training. And all are CRB and POVA checked. Our thorough process includes careful Care Team selection with full family involvement, including development of long-term care plans.
And at the heart of the service, a highly experienced Newcross Case Manager is on hand, trained to manage a support programme tailored to individual needs
