Michelle & Stephen Pattrick founded Newcross in Torquay in 1997. Michelle is a trained nurse and Stephen has a background in IT and management, providing the ideal foundation on which to build an entirely new kind of nursing agency. The principles that first started with the company are still in place to this day.

Today, Newcross has 16 branches across the UK, each one committed to the same high levels of service and support. All our recruitment centres are managed by highly trained healthcare professionals with an intimate working knowledge of our industry.

As our reach has expanded, so has our range of services, meaning that today Newcross is truly a one-stop-shop for the provision of temporary healthcare staff. In addition to nurses and carers, Newcross supplies specialist, management and ancillary staff to a wide range of organisations. Recently we also began supplying doctors, and our extensive work with international staff can remove the headaches involved in recruiting from overseas.
