selection process, so that our clients can relax, safe in
the knowledge that we are delivering the highest standards
of care.
Of course we are a recognised Investor in People, and were
delighted when our assessors recognised that our staff were
‘positive and well-motivated’ and ‘took
pride in their work’. Assessment by the Commission for
Social Care Inspection (CSCI) gave us outstanding marks, rating
many of our branches as either ‘exceptional’ or
‘good’ in all inspected areas. Please see all
