When we say Better Staff, Better Trained, we mean it. It’s one of the four foundations in the Newcross approach. That’s what drives us to constantly improve the standards of care that our staff provide for you.

At Newcross we run over 100 different courses. Of our 16 recruitment centres, 15 have dedicated training suites. Every shift worked with Newcross provides a training credit for the member of staff. These credits are used to fund an ongoing programme of CPD for every individual. They enable our staff to acquire new skills, to improve their career prospects, or branch out in new directions.
