Our Ancillary staff are an essential part of the Newcross team, and are trained to work in a Healthcare environment and appreciate the special needs of our industry. All our staff benefit from the same comprehensive levels of training and back up. Our cooks develop a range of special dietary skills, and cleaners are trained to a very high standard of health and safety. You will be proud to work with Newcross as a specialist in your field, and that much more valuable to employers as a result.
