We have the resources to offer; specialist care packages by qualified paediatric nurses, support workers, with prior experience with looked after children, including challenging behaviour, domestic help, shopping and personal care for children and the elderly, including complex packages and palliative care.

All our staff are CRB and POVA checked. They are expected to complete mandatory training and have the added benefit of NVQ and further in-house training by qualified and experience staff.

Newcross Homecare can offer the advantage of senior care staff who monitor and support those who are less experienced within the team, there is also a 24hr phone line manned by staff and not an answer phone.
