£250 when you Introduce a Friend

Recommend a Friend Terms & Conditions:

  • Only current healthcare workers can recommend a friend to work for us (active workers who have worked a shift within the past 12 months)
  • The recommended person must pass our recruitment process in full to comply; no detailed correspondence will be entered into with the recommender if the applicant fails the recruitment process.
  • The recommended person must work 200 hours within their first 6 months of employment with Newcross, from the date they are cleared the recruitment process and made active.
  • On completion of 200 hours, the recommender will automatically get £250, paid via payroll - which is both taxable and NI'able along with your normal pay
  • If the 200 hours are worked sooner than 6 months, the payment will automatically be made sooner
  • If the new worker fails to hit 200 hours within their first 6 month period, the recommender will not receive any payment.
  • The Recommend a Friend scheme can be amended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice
  • The Directors' decision is final
