£250 when you Introduce a Friend
(Another reason to be cheerful)

Know someone who'd love to be part of Newcross Healthcare?  Enter their contact details via the Staff Extranet site so you can introduce them - and earn yourself £250!

Recommend a Friend Terms & Conditions:

  • Only current healthcare workers can recommend a friend to work for us (active workers who have worked a shift within the past 12 months)
  • The recommended person must pass our recruitment process in full to comply; no detailed correspondence will be entered into with the recommender if the applicant fails the recruitment process.
  • The recommended person must work 200 hours within their first 6 months of employment with Newcross, from the date they are cleared the recruitment process and made active.
  • On completion of 200 hours, the recommender will automatically get £250, paid via payroll - which is both taxable and NI'able along with your normal pay
  • If the 200 hours are worked sooner than 6 months, the payment will automatically be made sooner
  • If the new worker fails to hit 200 hours within their first 6 month period, the recommender will not receive any payment.
  • The Recommend a Friend scheme can be amended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice
  • The Directors' decision is final

To successfully recommend a friend they MUST have at least three months recent & relevant experience for the position applied for and must have been notified by you that the Newcross recruitment team will contact them.

You cannot recommend yourself or anyone who is already in the recruitment process.
