Discount Terms and Conditions

Newcross Healthcare will, subject to these terms, apply a 20% discount against the rate card for Qualifying Bookings with Returning Clients during the Qualifying Period as set out below. There will be further opportunity to extend such discount where the minimum numbers of 160 hours are met in each qualifying month.

1. Who is the promoter:

1.1.   The Promoter is Newcross Healthcare whose registered office is at Newcross Healthcare Solutions, Waterside, Berry Pomeroy, Totes, TQ9 6LH (the Promotor).

2. Who is eligible:

2.1.   All “Returning Clients” who meet the below criteria are eligible for this offer. To qualify as a Returning Client, you must not have used the Promoter’s services between 10thJanuary 2023 and 7th February 2023 (Returning Clients)

3. Which bookings are Eligible

3.1.   Those bookings made by Returning Clients on or after 8th February 2023 until 1st May 2023. 

4. 20% Rate Discount

4.1.   Subject to eligibility as set out above the discount is a blended percentage of 20% across the rate card and will be applied before any relevant tax.

4.2.   The first qualifying review of the discounted rate as set out against the minimum number of hours will be 1st May 2023. Those Returning Clients who have had 160 hours or more covered between 8th February 2023 and 1st May 2023 will qualify to hold this discount for a further month.

4.3.   Those who have less than 160 hours covered will revert automatically without further notice to our standard rates.

5. General:

5.1.    Newcross standard Terms and Conditions apply to this offer.

5.2.   The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the offer and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the Promotional offer will be notified to the client as soon as possible.

5.3.   While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit the promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the promoter will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the promoter or to the entrant at the time of entry to the promotion or which are caused by a third party

5.4.   The offer and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England
