It makes finding work that fits around your lifestyle as simple as a tap on the app, with push notifications to keep you informed about what’s available in your area and verified bookings, helping you manage your work/life balance.

Our Newcross World app offers immersive and interactive training via our mobile app and website that’s not only modern, rigorous and comprehensive – but free at the point of access. Accessible and enjoyable learning and development designed to fit around your life, so you can learn as you earn. We are providing more free training and development than ever before.
Pay & benefits
We believe dedicated workers deserve the best support, such as MyHealthPlan that lets you get advice and repeat prescriptions from NHS-registered GPs plus exclusive access to in-app doctors’ appointments on your smartphone. Our FlexiPay lets you immediately withdraw up to 50% of the value of any completed shift, so you’re not left waiting for your hard earned money. While from November 1st our workers in care homes received an hourly rate increase of up to 10%.
