Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm
This role is perfect for someone with a strong administration background and has at least two years' experience working in a busy office environment. A keen eye for detail and previous data entry or processing would be advantageous, but more importantly we are looking for a tenacious and motivated individual to join our fast-paced Marketing team.
There are two sides to this job. Firstly, you'll be writing, editing and amending recruitment adverts. Secondly, you'll be scheduling, posting and monitoring ads. So, it's essential that you have excellent written English and are able to maintain a fastidious attention to detail even when things get busy. And they do get very busy… Our need for exceptional staff is substantial and increasing and to be frank, we simply can't hire too many people.
Overall, you'll be tasked with responding to the evolving staffing needs across our 60+ branches nationwide, our need for exceptional staff is substantial and increasing and to be frank, we simply can't hire too many people. Drawing on data and insight from around the organisation, you'll ensure we are placing the right ads, with the right messages, in the right place at the right time. Efficiency and accuracy are paramount to ensure we meet recruitment targets.
You will need to be comfortable with data and producing summaries and reports to inform colleagues about the progress and performance of recruitment activity.
This is a fast-moving, hands-on role that will primarily be focused on job boards and recruitment websites such as Reed, Indeed and TotalJobs. Working closely with another assistant and reporting to one of our Marketing Executives, you'll be in the heart of a busy, friendly team based in our Bristol hub in the city centre.
Administration experience is essential and full comprehensive training on our systems will be given.
