Apprentices: The Next Generation

Apprentices Group

Apprenticeships play a crucial part in supporting the growth of Newcross. By nurturing and developing individuals with potential, the business is building a firm foundation of highly capable, trained staff members. Over the coming months, they'll be developing some exciting new ways in which they can keep the business up to date with their progress and receive a wide range of training from our Management Development Specialist, Ole Dodwell.

Tracy O’Kennedy said, “We're currently celebrating our 6th consecutive year of running apprenticeship schemes at Head Office.  It's very gratifying to see our Apprentices growing personally and professionally. You can't over emphasise the value of supporting people in their early careers. What's more, the results are impressive: 90% of our Apprentices go on to join us as permanent members of staff."
