Newcross’ Voices of Care Survey highlights pressing importance of recruiting more people into the sector

A new study conducted by Newcross Healthcare and YouGov offers fresh insight on the care sector in its current form, including public perceptions of care and the experiences felt by care workers.

From the initial findings, we are calling for action to ensure professionals across the social care sector receive equal recognition to those working in the NHS, and to alleviate pressures from the rising cost of living.
