Our Bristol & North Somerset complex care service provides life-changing, empathetic care that enables vulnerable people in the area to live an independent and fulfilling life within their own home.
The branch office is situated in the heart of Bristol’s city centre and covers the whole of Bristol, Bath, North Somerset and parts of South Gloucestershire and Wiltshire, including Trowbridge.
We work with private clients, case managers, local authorities and CCGs and take pride in providing reliable, person-centred care to individuals with a range of healthcare, social or behavioural needs. We support children, adults and the elderly and our services cover care needs such as stomas, PEG feeding, tracheostomy, end of life, airway management, spinal and head injuries, dementia, learning disabilities and autism and overnight care.
