Our Bristol & North Somerset complex care service provides life-changing, empathetic care that enables vulnerable people in the area to live an independent and fulfilling life within their own home.
The branch office is situated in the heart of Bristol’s city centre and covers the whole of Bristol, Bath, North Somerset and parts of South Gloucestershire and Wiltshire, including Trowbridge.
We work with private clients, case managers, local authorities and CCGs and take pride in providing reliable, person-centred care to individuals with a range of healthcare, social or behavioural needs. We support children, adults and the elderly and our services cover care needs such as stomas, PEG feeding, tracheostomy, end of life, airway management, spinal and head injuries, dementia, learning disabilities and autism and overnight care. Visit our complex care hub for more information on our services.
In May 2020, our CQC interim report noted that our handling of the COVID-19 pandemic was successful, acknowledging how hard the team has worked to source adequate PPE and continue delivering the highest standards of care.
If you are an experienced Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker or Registered Nurse, we could have the perfect job for you. Our market-leading employee benefits include flexible shifts, instant pay, ongoing training and private healthcare support. You can apply online to open roles in your area here.
"We’re so grateful for the outstanding care our mum is receiving throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Real care and attention has been given to hygiene and I am aware of the personal sacrifices made by some of the care team to minimise contact with others outside of their care role to keep mum safe. Thank you all for your professionalism, compassion and the flexibility you’ve shown to keep mum safe."
