The service covers West Cornwall including Truro, Falmouth, Newquay, St Austell and Penzance.
We work with private clients, case managers, local authorities and CCGs and take pride in providing life-changing care to individuals with a range of healthcare, social or behavioural needs. We support individuals of all ages and our services cover care needs such as stomas, PEG feeding, tracheostomy, end of life, airway management, spinal and head injuries, dementia, learning disabilities and autism and overnight care.
