As part of the initial suite of development programmes for Business Centre Managers we offer a 1 day programme on Business Development. This programme is also open to healthcare co-ordinators and Team Leaders who are ready to take on extra responsibility.
Led by our Operations Director, this 1 day programme takes delegates through competitor analysis, market analysis, the client engagement process and importance of long term relationship building.
Delegates come out understanding what makes Newcross special, what different service options we offer clients and what a good client engagement visit looks and feels like.
