Do you take pride in providing outstanding care to others? Newcross Healthcare is seeking dedicated Care Assistants to provide support to our service users in Dover, Deal, Sandwich, Canterbury and the surrounding local areas. You'll enjoy choosing your own hours and having flexible rotas, a free uniform, a free DBS check, ongoing training programmes and pay rates up to £11.55/hr.

We are looking to expand our talented team of healthcare professionals in Dover.

Your role:

Our Care Assistants are on the frontline of providing invaluable healthcare services to those in need of care. Your duties may involve providing personal care and support to our service users, helping with clinical requirements, social activities and any other additional services that will enable them to live a full and dignified life.

Requirements:

  • The right to live and work in the UK
  • At least 3 months' previous care experience
  • Certification in a practical Moving and Handling course in the last 12 months
  • Have access to a smartphone, with internet access to manage your rotas
  • Access to your own vehicle is desirable, but not mandatory
