Newcross Healthcare is actively seeking experienced Care Assistants and Support Workers to care for our residents in a variety of exceptional nursing, residential and specialist care homes across Pembroke, Haverfordwest and the surrounds.

The role

As a Newcross worker you will be responsible for providing expert care and support to our users, encouraging them to have an independent and happy living in line with their care plan.

The branch

Our successful candidates will part of our Swansea branch which is located in Barquentine House on Quay West.

Person Specification

  • The right to live and work in the UK
  • At least 3 months' previous care experience
  • Certification in a practical Moving and Handling course in the last 12 months
  • Have access to a smart device, with internet access to manage your rotas
  • Access to your own vehicle is desirable, but not mandatory
