To be selected for one of our apprenticeship roles you should have excellent communication and organisational skills and have the capability to use your own initiative. You will also be expected to work efficiently within a busy and vibrant office environment and be familiar with Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel.
What do you get?
The starting salary for a Newcross apprentice is £150 per week. For performing well in your role, you will be rewarded pay increases after 3 months (£175 per week), 6 months (up to £200 per week), 9 months (up to £230 per week) and 12 months (up to £16,500 PA for a permanent contract), plus a £4,000 bonus scheme.
