Relationship Executive

Relationship Executives provide a comprehensive service to both our healthcare employees and clients. You’ll build strong, long-lasting relationships, deliver an outstanding level of service, achieve business objectives and targets, and use your first-class communication skills.

Your main objectives as a relationship executive will be to:

•Fully understand your client's business and ensure their ongoing needs are met

•Proactively seek new opportunities and cultivate business relationships, promoting the unique benefits that Newcross can offer

•Work with our central recruitment team to attract and recruit high quality, passionate healthcare staff, positively promoting the values and benefits of Newcross as an employer

•Ensure healthcare staff feel engaged and valued, manage their training needs, and encourage and support them to develop and expand their skills and knowledge

•Proactively seek feedback to identify where we can improve and drive positive change

If you’re a naturally helpful person with a desire to make sure that Newcross clients receive the best possible care, Relationship Executive could be the role for you. A degree is not essential for this role but it is preferred, and experience in customer service or an office environment would be very useful.

Support Services

Newcross houses a range of support services which seamlessly work together to nurture our dedicated healthcare team, recruit the very best healthcare professionals in Britain, and support our clients and service users.

The expertise within each of our support services are what makes us the best at what we do.

Our support services are based in two areas:

Head Office

Located two miles east of Totnes in the beautiful Devon village of Berry Pomeroy, Newcross Healthcare's headquarters is home to all of our core support teams that keep the business running.

HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT are all based here and provide support to Newcross’ growing network of territories.

Bristol

Some of our support departments are located in Colston Tower, Bristol. Our Marketing, Central Recruitment, Clinical Governance, and Central Support teams are spread over two floors of this impressive building.

Office-Based Nurse Jobs

Office based nursing roles are highly sought after positions as they play a pivotal role in the running of Newcross Healthcare. Office-based nurses are responsible for delivering clinical assessments alongside creating care plans and ensuring that they are followed. They are also the first point of contact for deployed nurses and offer advice to service users.

Our office-based nurse positions are ideal for qualified nurses seeking to move to a different environment and are interested in providing a support role to Newcross staff.
