Emergency Surgery Game
Newcross Healthcare Solutions, a leading service provider of high calibre nurses in temporary and permanent positions, is celebrating the launch of its Emergency Surgery Game this month which is already being played by many fans via Facebook.
Stephen Pattrick, Chairman of Newcross Healthcare Solutions explained, "Our company philosophy is based on ensuring we build a community of professional nurses from all disciplines. In order to achieve this, we believe in offering training and support to put together a motivated and caring healthcare work force. Our new Emergency Surgery Game has been designed to continue to grow awareness of Newcross Healthcare Solutions and to give something back, in a light-hearted and fun way, to our existing nurses whilst helping to develop our team throughout the UK.
Advertising is moving on and becoming far more interactive, we see this marketing tool as the launch pad of future brand initiatives and campaigns to encourage people to talk to us here at Newcross whilst continuing to build our nursing network. We are already exploring the next stage of our game and the platforms we use.
By using Facebook as a marketing medium to promote the Newcross Healthcare Solutions brand, the team will be able to track and learn from player behaviour; providing an opportunity to improve future campaigns based on the findings. We will also have the option of reaching some of the 250 million Facebook members."
The Emergency Surgery Game tests players' surgical skills in a number of small "operations" with one minute to perform each surgical procedure.
When players finish a level and win, their scores will be published on Facebook and they will be issued with Certificate. For those still practicing, there is the ability to play again, to improve their score and beat their friends.
Emergency Surgery is attracting growing numbers each day since its launch in the second week of August, as new players challenge their friends and families to beat their scores.
Top Scores gained have already seen players being awarded a Grade B - and gaining over 3,000 points. With the first 100 players already battling for the first Grade A it can only be a matter of time before the Emergency Surgery games becomes one of Facebook's popular casual games.
