The ground-breaking Explorer programme takes our existing or aspiring team leaders on a 10 month journey of exploring how they can achieve results through other people.
It is built on 3 core beliefs:
- Self awareness is a pre-requisite for self development
- Real life is the best classroom
- We need others to help us reflect and learn lessons from real life
Delegates learn the fundamentals of self-management and working through others and develop an understanding of how to identify and implement business improvement initiatives.
They gain unique insights from our board of directors who share their life lessons and advice in our series of Masterclasses.
Explorers also embark on the ‘Newcross Experience’ – which we keep firmly under wraps until the day to take them out of their comfort zones.
