Newcross Healthcare is seeking dedicated Female Complex Care Homecarers to care for our service users living with complex needs in Bodmin.

Complex care role

As a Female Complex Care Homecarer, you will be required to ensure that our service users with complex care needs receive assistance and support with a variety of different tasks. These vary but include personal care tasks, medication administration, meal preparation, clinical needs, social integration activities and any additional services required.

It is highly desirable that you have previous experience of caring for service users with dementia.

This role has a variable shift pattern over 7 days with shifts from 08:00 to 13:00.

Role specification

  • The right to live and work in the UK
  • At least 3 months' previous care experience
  • Certification in a practical Moving and Handling course within the last 12 months - or you are willing to complete this course with Newcross Healthcare
  • Access to a smart phone or device with internet access to manage your rotas and payslips on our mobile app HealthForceGo
  • Access to your own vehicle is desirable, but not essential
