Our recent CQC interim report noted that our handling of the COVID-19 pandemic was successful, acknowledging how hard the team has worked to source adequate PPE and continue delivering the highest standards of care. The team’s efforts to have a contingency plan in place for further potential outbreaks of the virus was also noted. The service has remained fully COVID-19 free.

"We’re so grateful for the outstanding care our mum is receiving throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Real care and attention has been given to hygiene and I am aware of the personal sacrifices made by some of the care team to minimise contact with others outside of their care role to keep mum safe. Thank you all for your professionalism, compassion and the flexibility you’ve shown to keep mum safe."
