Who is the Promoter
•The promoter is: Newcross Healthcare Solutions Limited, whose registered office is at Waterside, Berry Pomeroy, Totnes, TQ9 6LH (the Promoter or Newcross).
What is the Promotion
•1x 64GB iPad with Wi-Fi in either silver or space grey or other such colour as the Promotor may elect from time to time (the “iPad”) when you work for us subject to the terms as conditions as set out below
Who is eligible
•To be an “Eligible Nurse” you must:
•Be a registered nurse;
•Not have previously been made active or registered with Newcross prior to 1st August 2022; and
•Have successfully registered and been made active by Newcross;
How to Qualify
•To “Qualify” for the promotion you must be an Eligible Nurse and:
•Complete a shift linked to the following areas; London or Lancashire (a “Qualifying Shift)”;
•Complete a first Qualifying Shift from 1st August 2022 and then shifts up until 31st October 2022
•Complete at least 40 hours of Qualifying Shift work within 21 days of working the first Qualifying Shift.
Notification & Sending of iPad
•Eligible Nurses will be sent an email to make them aware that they are eligible for the Promotion. On Qualifying for the Promotion Eligible Nurses shall notified by the email address held by Newcross at the time of Qualifying.
•The iPad will, within a reasonable period of time, be sent the Eligible Nurses address held by Newcross at the time of Qualifying.
Publicity and personal information
•By entering this promotion, you agree to your personal information being used to process your entry, to contact you about your entry. •You may be asked to participate in publicity relating to this promotion if you are selected as a winner.
General
•The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the Promotion will be notified to Eligible Nurses as soon as possible by the promoter.
•Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be void.
•The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate contact details supplied to Newcross by any Eligible Nurse or by any third party connected with this competition.
•While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit the promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the promoter will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the promoter or to the entrant at the time of entry to the promotion or which are caused by a third party
•The offer and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England
•The iPad is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The iPad is not transferable. iPads are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. The RRP of the Product at the time of the Promotion is £319
