Many vulnerable individuals in your community need health and social care to enable them to live a safe and fulfilling life in their own home. By working with us as a Care Assistant in Gloucester, Cheltenham, Cirencester and the surrounding areas of Gloucestershire, you can help them to make the most of every day. In this role, you will be caring for individuals with various complex healthcare needs such as brain or spinal injuries, physical disabilities, learning disabilities, MS, epilepsy and Parkinson's.

Hours available: part-time and full-time.

Shift patterns: 8am-1pm, 5pm-10pm and long days, 09:00-21:00 or 08.00-20:00.

About you

We require all complex care workers to have around 3 months of experience in a professional care setting or caring for a loved one. You’ll need to be a real people person and always be willing to go the extra mile to ensure the best possible outcomes are met. You’ll need to be happy assisting clients who may have limited mobility and will need to have a valid Moving and Handling certificate. Access to your own vehicle is desirable. The right to work in the UK is required.
