We’re recruiting a Care Assistant to join our team in the Salisbury area, delivering quality care in the home. This role involves working as part of a small health and social care team to support people with day-to-day activities, in line with their individual care plans. In this role, you'll be working in the homes of adult service users to support them with personal care tasks, medication support, clinical needs, posture care, feeding and PEG care, social activities and any additional services required. Specialist training will be given, tailored to the packages of care you work on, so this is a great chance to upskill in new areas.

Does this sound like you?

You’ll be an empathetic and compassionate caregiver, with at least 3 months of experience caring professionally or for a loved one. You’ll be comfortable assisting clients with limited mobility and hold a valid Moving and Handling certificate. You’ll be fuelled by your desire to make a real difference to the lives of people in need. You must have the right to work in the UK. Access to your own vehicle is desirable but not required.
