As a Care Assistant in Bridgwater, you’ll work harmoniously as part of a health and social care team to provide vital care to vulnerable children within their own homes. You will will be caring for children living with complex healthcare needs such as epilepsy, tracheostomy and ventilation. Your responsibilities will include aiding with clinical needs, personal care, PEG care, social activities and any additional tasks needed.
Night shifts: 22:00-07:00
Day shifts: 08:30-15:30 (Monday to Friday).
To join our complex care team as a Care Assistant, you will need at least 3 months of experience caring professionally or for a loved one, a valid Moving and Handling certificate and the right to work in the UK. Ultimately, we are looking for people with the right attitude. You will need to be an excellent team player with great people skills and have a true desire to help make a difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals.
Access to your own vehicle is desirable but not essential.
