Build lasting relationships with the people you care for

As a Care Assistant in Redditch, you’ll love the fast-pace and variety that comes with supporting the day-to-day lives of our clients within their own homes. In this role, you will join a team of health and social care professionals to assist a female service user living with cerebral palsy. You will have a variety of responsibilities, including assisting with personal care tasks, moving and handling, taking her to and from college, helping out with day-to-day living activities and any additional tasks required.

Shifts: Monday-Friday (7:00-11:00 and 14:00-18:00) and weekends (14.00-18.00).

In return, you will receive

  • An hourly rate of up to £15.00, including holiday pay
  • The ability to get paid instantly
  • Fixed hours on a rota basis
  • Access to Newcross World, where you can develop your skills and unlock new opportunities in the care sector
  • Access to appointments with NHS-registered GPs through a Virtual GP app
  • Face to face and telephone counselling to help you when life gets tough
  • Free DBS and uniform

Enjoy Flexi Pay!
