Job description

As a Care Assistant you can help change the lives of people with complex healthcare needs!

Many vulnerable individuals in your community need health and social care to enable them to live a safe and fulfilling life in their own home. By working with us as a Care Assistant in Callington and the surrounds, you can help them to make the most of every day. You'll become part of a close-knit healthcare team working days and waking night shifts in the homes of our service users. You'll be assisting with various complex healthcare tasks in line with individual care plans.

Could you be our next caregiving hero?

You’ll have a minimum of 3 months experience of caring professionally or for a loved one under your belt, a valid certificate in Moving and Handling and the right to live and work in the UK. We also expect you to demonstrate our core values of positivity, trustworthiness, respectfulness, understanding, kindness, and calmness on every shift. Access to your own vehicle would be beneficial, but is not a requirement.

Please note: To work in a care home in England from 11 November 2021, the post holder is required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 unless clinically exempt.
