Join Newcross Healthcare as a Female Care Assistant in Street and the surroundings. You'll become a valued member of a small, friendly health and social care team. In this role, you will be providing personalised care in the homes of our service users while following individual care plans. You will aid with personal care tasks, medication support, clinical needs, posture care, feeding and PEG care, social activities and any additional complex care tasks required.

Shifts patterns include 24 hour shifts, 8 hour sleep shifts and sleep-in shifts.

Skills and experience

To apply for this Female Care Assistant role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 months of prior experience in a professional care setting or caring for a loved one. You’ll need to be an approachable and understanding people person with excellent teamwork skills. You may need to assist clients with limited mobility, however, if you do not have a valid Moving and Handling certificate, we can provide relevant training modules for you to complete in the induction process. Access to your own vehicle is desirable but not required. The right to work in the UK is essential.
