We’re actively seeking an experienced Male Care Assistant to join our team in the Freshwater area on the Isle of Wight. In this role, you’ll be delivering care in the home of a male service user living with complex healthcare needs. You’ll follow the service user's care plan, playing a key role in supporting them with personal care tasks, food preparation, showering and stoma care. You will also be required to take the service user out to the gym, swimming and for additional social activities, so you will have access to their vehicle.

Role requirements

To join our team as a Care Assistant, you will need a minimum of 3 months experience of caring professionally or for a loved one under your belt, a valid certificate in Moving and Handling and the right to live and work in the UK. We also expect you to demonstrate our core values of positivity, trustworthiness, respectfulness, understanding, kindness, and calmness on every shift.
