Many vulnerable individuals in your community need health and social care to enable them to live a safe and fulfilling life in their own home. By working with us as a Care Assistant in High Wycombe, Beaconsfield and the surrounds, you can help them to make the most of every day. In this role, you'll be working alongside a team of healthcare professionals to deliver quality care to our service users within their own homes. Your responsibilities will vary, including aiding with clinical requirements, medication support, personal care tasks, posture care, feeding and PEG care, social activities and any additional services required.

Shift patterns include days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Do you meet the requirements?

To join our complex care team, you'll need at least 3 months experience of caring professionally or for a loved one, a valid certificate in Moving and Handling and the right to live and work in the UK. We also expect you to demonstrate our core values of positivity, trustworthiness, respectfulness, understanding, kindness, and calmness on every shift.
