Do you want to make a difference to the lives of individuals with complex healthcare needs?

As a Care Assistant in High Wycombe, Beaconsfield and the surrounds, you’ll be the person that brings smiles to the faces of the people in our care. You'll join a small team of health and social care professionals to provide quality care within the homes of our service users. Your duties will vary, including assisting with medication support, clinical requirements, personal care, posture care, feeding and PEG care, social activities and any additional services needed. This role is a chance to make a real difference to people’s lives - without your support, they may live a life constrained to specialist units or hospitals.

Various shift patterns are available, including days, evenings, nights and weekends.

About you

You’ll be an empathetic and compassionate caregiver, with at least 3 months experience of caring professionally or for a loved one. You’ll be comfortable assisting clients with limited mobility and hold a valid Moving and Handling certificate. You’ll be fuelled by your desire to make a real difference to the lives of people in need. The right to work in the UK is mandatory.
