We’re actively seeking a Care Assistant to join our team in Welwyn Garden City, Stevenage and the surrounds. In this role, you'll be working alongside a team of health and social care professionals to provide quality care in the homes of service users with epilepsy and other complex healthcare needs. This is a unique opportunity to work as part of a team on specific care packages on a regular basis.

Shift patterns: evenings, 2 waking night shifts (2am to 6am) and a weekend day shift (6am to 6:30am).

Does this sound like you?

We look for carers with at least 3 months of professional caregiving experience or having cared for a loved one. The right to work in the UK is a requirement. We also want candidates to be able to demonstrate occasions where they have exhibited our core values of positivity, trustworthiness, respectfulness, understanding, kindness, and calmness. You’ll need to feel comfortable helping service users with limited mobility. If you do not have a current Moving and Handling certificate, we will support you with training during your induction period.

This role requires drivers.
