As a Female Care Assistant, you can help change the lives of people living with complex healthcare needs!

As a Female Care Assistant in Crawley and the surrounding area, you’ll reap the rewards of enabling people to live every day to its fullest potential. You'll work harmoniously as part of a health and social care team to provide vital care to vulnerable people within their own homes. In this role, your various responsibilities will include following individual care plans, assisting with clinical needs, medication support, personal care tasks, posture care, social activities and any additional services required.

Role requirements

We look for Care Assistants with at least 3 months of professional care experience or with experience of caring for a loved one. You will need a valid certificate in Moving and Handling. The right to work in the UK is a must-have. We also want candidates to be able to demonstrate occasions where they have exhibited our core values of positivity, trustworthiness, respectfulness, understanding, kindness, and calmness.

Applicants will need a valid drivers licence and will be required to drive a manual car for this position.
