We’re actively seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our team in Bristol, Backwell, Failand and the surrounding areas, encouraging our service users to live a rich, independent life. In this role, you’ll work as part of a close-knit, collaborative health and social care team, delivering care in the home. You’ll follow each individual’s care plan, playing a key role in aiding with clinical needs, personal care tasks, medication support, meal preparation, feeding and PEG care, social activities and any additional complex care tasks required.
Care Assistant requirements
To join our team, you'll need to be a passionate, patient and understanding carer with at least 3 months experience of caring professionally or for a loved one under your belt. You’ll be comfortable assisting clients with limited mobility and hold a valid Moving and Handling certificate. Ultimately, you’ll be fuelled by your desire to make a real difference to the lives of people in need. Access to your own vehicle is desirable but not required. The right to work in the UK is essential.
