At Newcross Healthcare, we are on the lookout for an experienced Care Assistant to join our health and social care team in the Gloucester area. In this role, you will be delivering personalised care in the home of a lady with Alzheimer's. You will be responsible for following her personal care plan, assisting with personal care tasks, medication support and all nutritional and hydration requirements.

Shift patterns: 07:00-15:00, 14:00-21:00 and 20:00-08:00. This role involves working nights.

Do you meet the requirements?

You’ll be an empathetic and compassionate Care Assistant, with at least 3 months of experience caring professionally or for a loved one. You’ll be comfortable assisting clients with limited mobility and will hold a valid Moving and Handling certificate. You’ll be fuelled by your desire to make a real difference in the lives of people in need. Access to your own vehicle is desirable but not required. The right to work in the UK is essential.
