Are you a compassionate individual looking for your next role in healthcare?

We’re actively seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our team in in Wotton-under-Edge to deliver 1:1 support to a female service user and her child. It will be your responsibility to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our service user and help out with day-to-day activities. You will be required to collect the client's child from Gloucester and bring them back to the client's house where you will supervise them both. You will also be helping out with social activities and then taking the child and the client home. You will receive mileage pay for facilitating the child.

Shifts: Monday and Saturday (every other week). Hours include 11.30-17.30.

About you

To apply for this rewarding role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 months experience in a professional care setting or caring for a loved one. You’ll need to be an approachable and understanding people person, ready to become a key part of your service users' support network. You may need to assist clients with limited mobility, however, if you do not have a valid Moving and Handling certificate, we can provide relevant training modules for you to complete in the induction process. The right to work in the UK is essential.

This role requires you to be a driver and have business insurance.
