If you are a passionate Care Assistant with experience of caring professionally or for a loved one, then we want you to join our team in Worcester and the surrounding area. In this rewarding role, you will join our health and social care team in delivering quality care to service users within their own homes. Your day-to-day role will involve assisting with personal care tasks, clinical needs, posture care, medication support, feeding and PEG care, meal preparation, social activities and any additional services required.

Available shifts: long days or morning and afternoon shifts as part of a 1:1 and 2:1 package of care.

Care Assistant skills and experience

We look for carers with at least 3 months of professional caring experience. We do also accept applications from individuals with experience of caring for a loved one. In addition to your caregiving background, you'll need to share our core values of positivity, trustworthiness, respectfulness, understanding, kindness and calmness. You’ll need a valid Moving and Handling certificate and the right to work in the UK. Access to your own vehicle would be beneficial but is not mandatory.

Please note: To work in a care home in England from 11 November 2021, the post holder is required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 unless clinically exempt.
