Do you have experience of caring for individuals with complex needs?

We’re actively seeking a Female Care Assistant to join our team in Barnstaple, Ilfracombe, Bideford, Braunton, South Molton and the surrounding area, encouraging our service users to live a rich, independent life. In this role, you’ll work as part of a close-knit, collaborative health and social care team, delivering care in the homes of our service users with complex healthcare needs. You’ll follow each individual’s care plan, playing a key role in supporting them with clinical requirements, medication support, personal care tasks, PEG care, social activities, and any additional services required to promote dignified and independent living.

About you

We require all Care Assistantsx to have the following:

  • A minimum of  3 months of professional caring experience or experience caring for a loved one
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Demonstrate our core values of positivity, trustworthiness, respectfulness, understanding, kindness, and calmness
  • A valid Moving and Handling certificate
  • a smartphone device with internet
  • Access to your own vehicle is desiable, but not essential.
